Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Priyal Mobile Accessories, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
• To cancel an order, customers must contact us immediately with order details.
• Priyal Mobile Accessories reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product delivered
• Order cancelled before dispatch

To request a refund:

• Inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• Share clear photos or videos as proof of damage or defect.
• The product must be unused and returned in original packaging.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Minor color/design variations
• Products damaged due to misuse
• Accessories that are opened or used (for hygiene/safety reasons)

4. Refund Process

• Once the return is approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

5. Return Shipping

• If the return is approved due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), return shipping cost will be borne by Priyal Mobile Accessories.
• In other cases, return shipping charges may apply.
